hinta Mariam Nakavuma has over 3 years of experience within the audit and assurance as well as accounting with a specialism in Financial Services and Consumer Markets.

Having worked with Fireworks Advertising Uganda Limited as an Account Assistant and is currently working with KPMG Uganda as an Audit Associate. At KPMG Uganda, she has worked on a number of clients that include Cairo Bank Uganda Limited, Tropical Bank Uganda Limited, MUA Insurance Uganda Limited, Liberty General Insurance Uganda Limited, MTN Uganda, Twiga Chemical Industries Uganda Limited, Democratic Governance Facility, STEG International Services Uganda Branch and Huawei Technologies South Sudan and Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (NIMD).

Shinta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and is an Affiliate of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) as well as Certified Public Accountants (Uganda) and is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration majoring in Strategic Management with Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
